I guess time to sell my FA Darkrais and replace with (soon to be super cheap) RA reprint Darkrais.

Article confuses me... sounds like there will be two collections, but the way it reads is that each contains 3x Eevee, 3x Umbreon-GX, and 3X Espeon-GX. I'm assuming it actually contains one of each and the only difference in content the Jumbo Card, Pin and Coin, correct? Can't wait to see if...

These aren't reprints with promo numbers. They're just printing old cards with their old set numbers on new foil paper. Parents will still buy for their kids but zero impact to competitive play.

Now that Solgaleo is seeing some moderate use, this will be really cool. Also nice to get the cards in PTCGO, love that tin codes give you 2 copies of the feature card and likely will give full evolutionary line.

Mallow could be a great combo with Shaymin / Octillary, but is probably not better than teammates (both situational). Might be a 1-of that could be good but would get cut a lot. Wiscash wishes it was Typhlosion.

Of course... Tapu Lele is clearly the best card, with Mewtwo's x-ball attack and Jirachi's Stellar Guidance ability, so why give it away in a tin? At least some cheap Tapu Bulus will help me build my dream Lurantis deck.

Pleeeeeeeeese just release more faceplates for new New Nintendo 3DS not-XL. I would pay $15-20 for plates but will not spend $200 for a new system.

The card clearly says if there are card effects with lower numbers of cards on bench (parallel city), that the lower number matters more in that case. Since sky field goes the other way, it seems from the reading sky field has precedent.

DRAMPA IS NEW SHAYMIN If only GX was an ability rather than a move that would end your turn. You'll waste your GX move when your opponent would immediate N you back down. Has potential to be used once Shaymin and N rotate though... in... 2 years?

Call for Family-type moves always have their uses, wish it had free retreat though. I miss Emolga. I don't think Hot Blooded Dance can be used with Steam Up effect though since it doesn't do damage in the first place. :/

The trainer kits are always extremely bad and have a minimal amount of trainer cards and usable pokemon, period. Pikachu Libre/Suicune came with 3 Tierno and 2 potions.

I think that they sold so much with monthly Generations sets this year that they're out of ideas for next year. "Straight reprints of old cards on box sets? ...sure, people will buy them!"
