That's the effect of Darkrai Prism's attack, so using Darkrai your opponenet only flips two coins after Darkrai attacks. The stadium is a better more generic use of that effect.

Right off the bat, Delcatty, Swampert and Acro Bike are an ok looking core on paper for maximizing hand size. Swampert requires too much to justify not just using Zoroark, it feels like. Gotta playtest this like yesterday.

It counts as two rainbow energy. I could see Mismagius being truly horrid if she had a watered down Renegade Pulse ability as well as her weaker Chaos Wheel. Immunity from GX Pokémon would be awesome for facilitating lockdown regardless of how much damage she deals.
