What is soak for? I don't see anything that hits super effective against water other than porygon, so it's a bit of a waste offensively.

The style reminded me of the Pokémon Apokélypse trailer from 2010 that caused a decent amount of hype - lots of potential to be gritty, although much better quality.

As a one-time worlds player, the new requirement is honestly discouraging. While I've wanted to try competing seriously again some year, Pokemon is making the grind much more time and money-draining. I would understand them wanting to make worlds more exclusive, but that's what day 2 is for. If...
