    Standard Barbaracle / Lucario EX

    I don't think Superior Energy Retrieval is legal in Standard XY-on. Fisherman is coming out in BREAKthrough and I think that card is vital to pulling off multiple attacks with Barbaracle. So, -3 SER, +3 Fisherman. I'd also take out the Wally, as it's not worth going for a turn one Barbaracle...
