this is a troll question kind of, but I want to specify what "in play" means in regards to evolved Pokemon. If I have a bench of all stage 2 grass and fairy pokemon with Florges EX out as my active Pokemon, wouldn't the previous forms be considered "in play", therefore making his attack 20x 16...
