I don't think 4 Zygarde-EX is necessary, 2-3 is a bit better because you won't be able to use more than 2. Also, I realize you want to start Carbink so 4 is reasonable, but 4 Carbink BREAK isn't really a necessity. +2 Trainer's Mail? (I like running 4 in most decks) 4 Wally is kind of overkill...

Also, 4 Strong Energy is pretty much a staple in Fighting decks.

It's definitely not a bad card. Is it going to be in every deck? No. But I could possibly see this being used with Archie. Archie out Omastar, then BREAK evolve the following turn. Maybe in Night March since it already isn't that hard to pull off an Archie T1 or T2.
