    Standard PRC-On: Yanmega/Vespiquen

I think another form of draw support might be necessary when playing. The deck runs a bit differently than lets say.. a greninja deck because you have dive balls that can search for all of your greninja/breaks/froakies. Unfortunately you cannot say the same for this deck as the only other form...

    Team Magma's Groudon EX

Carbink Break keeps the ability that prevents attacks from EXs because the card is now a break instead of a basic pokemon.
  4. Peter Torres

    Standard XY-On: Darkrai-EX / Hypno

Pokemon ranger actually rids regice's stall of EX pokemon. If your struggling with that matchup, include that card
  5. Peter Torres

    Standard Primal Groudon/Garbodor

I don't think thats necessarily true because with carbink break, you need to primal evolve and power up in the same turn. If i have to choose primal evolving or using my carbink to power up groudon, its gonna be a lose lose situation regardless. 1-2 spirit links is usually my motto. If I play...

    Standard Primal Groudon/Garbodor

Has anyone ever considered running Octillary? Ive been mulling my head over this card, but it does not work when paired with wobb for the obvious reason. What could partner with this card, that is also a basic pokemon, that could seriously do damage and acceleration. In my opinion... I can't...

    Standard Primal Gachomp (Primal Groudon/Garchomp)

@TuxedoBlack Thanks for the assistance. I know garchomp is a pokemon that has a lot of play in this new rotation. On paper the deck seems great, but ill have to play test it. When i play test, i first undergo testing against myself to see if i can properly set up. If by turn 3-4 comes and I...

    Standard Primal Gachomp (Primal Groudon/Garchomp)

I would rather have a deck mainly consisting of Primal Groudon as the main focus of the deck. As explained before, I have run many many variants or primal groudon to the point that is has frustrated me sick trying to figure out what to pair with primal groudon. Initially, having a straight...

    Standard Trevenant Breakpoint/Break, Espeon EX

The thing is though, with decks like mega ray that can evolve turn one, don't really rely on spirit links. And I'm not saying your ideas bad at all, because now i understand the main point of the espeons now. But consider this, most decks need to be versatile against any and everything in order...

    Standard Trevenant Breakpoint/Break, Espeon EX

I have considering this deck for a while, but i keep putting off making the deck profile to actually test. Interesting concept with giratina/darkrai and Yveltal starting to blow up a lot in the recent competitive scene. With a psychic weakness, it hits garb for weakness. I would consider running...

    Standard Colorless M-Ray/Raichu/Jolteon

Trainers mail is a must need for the deck. Don't get me wrong, Ive been trying to make puzzle of time work ever since i posted the initial deck profile, but there is just no way to make getting the puzzle of times useful late game. With battle compressor in format from XY on, it made it easier...

    Standard Colorless M-Ray/Raichu/Jolteon

After going back and forth on what variant I liked the most, I decided to drop the megearna ex for the jolteon EX to counter giratina/darkrai which has become ever so popular in the meta right now. With lightning pokemon to my advantage, I have also solved the solution of yvelta decks that have...
  14. Peter Torres

    Standard Trevenant-EX lock deck

I love where the deck idea starts and I may have an idea to share with you that could reduce a lot of the decks point issues. I noticed you only play 3 trevenant EX, which is your immediate problem. Have you ever considered doing your trevenent EX lock, with vileplume to shut down items...

Standard Mega Scizor/Garb Deck for Regionals. CALLING ALL SCIZOR PLAYERS!!!!

Erm... Aqua effect only works on stage one pokemon. Ex: raichu, arcainine, golbat. It would not work on your M-scizors.

Gyarados Deck For a First Time Player

Like @Jambsz just said, talon flame is a great addition to the deck. HOWEVER. you can drop the regice and remove the the energy count to up your stadium count to 4 magma secret base and 4 double colorless. In order for talon flame to work in the deck, you must have it as a priority to start with.
  17. Peter Torres

    Standard Colorless M-Ray/Raichu/Jolteon

haha @kharrison569 I forgot to put that in the deck profile. I must have skipped over it. My bad, but I do run 4.
  18. Peter Torres

    Standard Colorless M-Ray/Raichu/Jolteon

Puzzle of time becomes extremely useful when reusing any items, energies or anything that was thrown away from sycamore. If i removed the puzzles, I could replace it with what you had mentioned. Right now, I am testing out what variant i like the most. So far, puzzle of time is really doing a...

    Standard Colorless M-Ray/Raichu/Jolteon

Yeah for sure man, and thats why i posted the deck list because I know theres a lot to be changed. And honestly, theres no real way of switching hoopa except with a double colorless attachment and retreating. Essentially, turn one I don't mind if my opponent lysandres my hoopa because the...

    Standard Colorless M-Ray/Raichu/Jolteon

Max Elixir is useful for heavy basic pokemon and when you have a lot of basic energies being used. The point of this deck is to power up mega ray as fast as possible, and you can't use max elixirs but on basic pokemon. In this deck, I only run 5 basic energies and making room for max elixir...
