Erm... Aqua effect only works on stage one pokemon. Ex: raichu, arcainine, golbat. It would not work on your M-scizors.

Like @Jambsz just said, talon flame is a great addition to the deck. HOWEVER. you can drop the regice and remove the the energy count to up your stadium count to 4 magma secret base and 4 double colorless. In order for talon flame to work in the deck, you must have it as a priority to start with.
