    Help Raticate Break + Choice Band Rules Clarification

    New player here with a question. So Raticate Break's Super Fang takes an opponent's Pokémon down to 10 health. If I have a Choice Band from Guardians Rising attached to it and my opponent has an EX or GX Pokémon active, does the 30 extra damage get applied to knock out that Pokémon? Thanks.
