Jynx would be an amazing water tech only if Ditto prism were still in standard. If it were a 2-card tech with 1 Jynx and 1 Hypno it would be especially viable. As is, it could be okay but probably won't see a ton of play.

After some testing, I feel like twin energy is gonna be a really welcome addition to the game. Welder decks are already phasing out of the metagame, and the new supporter rule is a real hinderance to the card and the archetypes that surround it. Decks such as lost march will become playable...
