Because these are originally Japanese Pokemon Center sleeves and Tsareena just doesnt have any.

All Eeveelution Cards Revealed from “Terastal Festival ex!”

Flareon seems pretty decent. It's a mini Trinity Nova, but probably would depend on other attackers to function.

All Eeveelution Cards Revealed from “Terastal Festival ex!”

"Return to hand" and "Shuffle into the deck" is an immense difference. It warrants the 3 color energy cost. On that note, surprisingly having that specific energy attachment isn't too difficult at all, so long as Crispin exists. I've tried playing Sylveon ex and having Angelite ready by turn 2-3...

“Terastal Festival ex” Special Set Officially Revealed Starring the Eeveelutions!

Larry would be pretty funny in a Ceruledge ex deck w/ Bibarel engine, but the beaver is rotating in a few months unfortunately.

Diving Deep — Analyzing Complex Board States

Ah true. Thanks for the correction, usually there isnt any events leading up to worlds so there's almost no indication that the season had changed (I don't think they even do any announcements), so I was under the impression that new seasons start after Worlds.

Diving Deep — Analyzing Complex Board States

In the physical TCG, a season is a whole year, starting from the end of last season's World Championships (or a few weeks afterwards) to the next WC. The season number is the year of the upcoming WC, so for example the last few regionals (Baltimore, Lillie, etc) were 'Season 2025 Regionals' even...

“Heat Wave Arena” and “The Glory of Team Rocket” Releasing in March and April!

If they do, hopefully they will generalize it. Call it 'Champion's Grit' or something, then we can have Lance, Steven, Gary/Blue, etc with the shuffle draw 6 effects.

“ex Starter Deck Generations” Revealed Featuring 18 Pokemon ex!

It's way worse. It needs a total of 9M attachment just to hit for 280. If it says x30 instead of x20 maybe it would have been good.

“ex Starter Deck Generations” Revealed Featuring 18 Pokemon ex!

I was expecting most of the ex would be bulk power level, which is true for the most of them, but Blaziken ex seems to be very competent. I love it.

All 106 “Supercharged Breaker” Main Set Cards Revealed!

That detective lens is pretty cool. Helps you hit that Electric Generator/Metal Maker with low investments.

All 106 “Supercharged Breaker” Main Set Cards Revealed!

I'm a decent Bronzong fan and I even feel the same way. Although it's also probably they needed a stage-1 Steel evolution line here, and the type is very limited. I would have loved seeing an Alolan Sandslash though.

English Slaking ex, Magneton, and More Revealed from “Surging Sparks!”

Nah. While it's still a factor of waifu tax (and the card is sort of playable), most of the SAR price comes from the illustrator, Nobusawa and Mochipuyo. They are the lead character artist of Bang Dream, of a very popular rhythm game series in Japan.

    Miraidon, Koraidon from Supercharged Breaker!

Koraidon seems to be the best single prizer option in a Raging Bolt ex deck. I'd bring that over the Sandy Shocks.

    Vivillon from Supercharged Breaker!

Go second, Arven grab Super Carrier and Sealing Stone, get all of your bench + a V pokemon (Preferably Grass), sealing stone on the V and find the missing piece for the turn 1 Adaptation Evolution chain. Torterra or Toedscruel might like this.

All Nine of 2024’s Connected Art Cards, Drawn by Teeziro!

Its nice that they provided the full illustrations out there (via sleeves/wallpapers etc) but it is absolutely bugging me that the frame cuts made it so that they dont align perfectly if youre piecing it on the cards.

Meowstic, Relaxing Teaser from Supercharged Breaker!

Boss' Orders does still have a year to go, but the speculation of it's not getting reprinted does have some merit. They're printing slightly (some strictly) worse versions of it lately (Shauntal, Lisia, etc). I do believe they will reprint it on the oncoming Team Rocket set (Giovanni), but I...

Why Charizard Works, and Dragapult Fails

Apparently the secret sauce to make Dragapult ex a Tier 1 deck is to remove Pidgeot ex entirely.

Tera Hydreigon ex, Tera Tatsugiri ex, Milotic ex, Jasmine, and More from “Supercharged Breaker!”

Good synergy, but we have Crispin, Neo Upper Energy, and Dark Patch still running around, which are jumps ahead better. I think you might just want to build Hydreigon with a Pidgeot shell and play it like Cinderace.

All “Pokemon TCG Pocket” Information and “Genetic Apex” Cards Revealed So Far!

It is designed to be a lighter, faster, and simpler alternative to the real PTCG. I've heard games only last 5-10 minutes at most, so think of it as a game to pass the time like Marvel Snap instead of a game you go very sweaty at.

“Black Bolt,” “White Flare,” “Heat Wave Arena” Trademarks Filed for the Pokemon TCG: More Evidence of Later “Legends: ZA” Release!

Maybe a small Gen 5 port ala BDSP? Despite its flaws I think BDSP warranted enough success for Nintendo to partner with ILCA again.
