I don't know if the Lottery stick is as good when we have Pokegear 3.0 which looks at the top 7 instead of top 4. You are more likely to hit a supporter with Pokegear than lottery stick. Unless Pokegear ends up rotating, i would just say Pokegear is better.

This Vikavolt is not half bad, kind of a nice little budget deck. 120 + 80 for each Charjabug is not bad at all, with Vikavolt in the active and at least 3 or more Charjabug on the bench, this thing is doing a really good amount of damage. Being a stage 2 though, it might be a bit slow. So...

I agree with that, i hated the first turn restriction on VIP pass! i thought it was so dumb. Seems limiting it to 70 hp basics without a first turn limit is more better and balanced

Prime catcher is pretty good, making Arven even more useful. The energy ace spec is kind of mid though. Prime catcher is definitely the best one so far.

Crobat usually has some pretty good cards, but not this time. The effect is fun, but 50 damage for a stage 2, sorry but this is definitely filler for sure.

A Tera Ceruledge ex would be interesting, give it a good type that can maybe compliment Armorouge ex, and a full colorless attack cost like Armorouge ex, so they both can be their own deck :)
