Id rather them not. Theres already really cool product out there with awesome cards in it. Notice how product that has harder to pull cards are more costly. If TPC released these with an additional rarity modifier it would probably ruin your and childrens expectations with people hoarding these...

Actual collectors in this hobby do not care about value. Ripping packs is part of the hobby, and the entire reason why the Pokemon company decided to make reprints is because of awful people buying them all, and holding onto sealed packs/etbs/cases that eat up the supply. How so? Plenty of people would buy it. It would also bring down prices of people holding onto it, so everyone can get the cards they want.

Man...I'd love if they did this with all of the SW/SH sets. Would get rid of a TON of people ruining the hobby, and I could get a better laugh out of it. I also wanted the eevee heroes special box, but thats out of the question and has been for a while.
