I think one SIR a box is honestly best case scenario, like it lowers the price of all the cards and makesthem still pullable, plus master ball holos

I think WPM added that in at the time after as it didn't really make sense, but the original set sheet had no mention of IRs in it

We don't know yet, it's a special set, it would make sense for them to lower the SIR pull rates, but it is an Eevee special set so we can't be sure

I think it could be very cool if we got some of the eeveelution SIRs as promos in the ex boxes, kinda like in evolving skies, so it's easier to get all of them
