I was really hoping for a normal card for Hydrapple in this set and maybe one for Pecharunt as well (neither have had a normal print that could only be pulled from a pack). Maybe Battle Partners will have a Hydrapple.

Hydrapple does not have a regular print, rare Holo card. I don't go for full art or ex cards for my Pokedex set. They get skipped over to keep the look of my binder concise. The Hydrapple ex card from Stellar Crown is a double rare. So it doesn't work. That said, I posted that late last night...

I doubt it. I betcha Eevee and all it's evolutions will have chase cards in the set and none will be promos, unless some will also have normal print cards as promos. I can see that. The chase cards will likely be IRs or EX cards is my guess

Sorry for the ignorance on my part, but what exactly is making up the original 192 before the Pecharunt cut then? I know this set consists of supercharged breaker and paradise dragona. But I guess I'm not understanding where this "192" count is coming from. I'm not sure if my question is making...

I know promos aren't in sets. Doesn't mean they can't change it to an uncommon, non-promo card.

I just want a regular Hydrapple card in this set and hopefully the Pecharunt normal print is still part of this set too. I'm not convinced we're getting Pecharunt like Japan is because we already had it as a promo. But.....it'd give us a wider English release. So, maybe?

I think the Radiant Eternatus card is about as "regular" as we're ever gonna get.

While true, Pecharunt doesn't have a normal card that can be pulled from a pack. Its only regular card is a promo. So hopefully it'll get a regular card from a pack soon
