i cannot WAIT to see the Meloetta ex (praying it's colorless). also hoping the dual set will confuse the pedestrian scalpers and mean that there will be some product out and about, especially since i imagine TPCi will have remedied their production volume enough by July.

i feel like even a Rocket’s Ampharos/Crobat ex deck would be super fun. with a little Sneasel or somethin’ in the back for support. i like how many different Rocket’s Pokémon there are because everyone’s Rocket’s deck could look really different.

love Clamperl so can’t complain. and, lol, as much as i know this set won’t only contain Rocket’s Pokémon, it’s funny that they haven’t revealed a Rocket’s Pokémon since basically when they revealed the set.

i’m glad my favorite Hoenn starter is also TPCi’s favorite Hoenn starter hahaha. guess y’all will have to wait for the Mega series to get Treecko and Mudkip :/

I know, I meant that Ethan’s Pokémon probably won’t get this much attention and be given so many IRs, aka Pichu doesn’t get one because Typhlosion and Ho-oh were given the love.

Crazy that Yanmega ex has more potential than Misty AND Arven haha. as bummed as I am that they didn’t do an ex (or trainer card!!) for Misty i’m more bummed they didn’t get more creative. 4 Kanto Pokémon, yay… at least her deck seems fun.

sorta bummed only because its numeration makes me think we aren’t getting anything fun for Misty. still holding out for Corsola…

Pinsir for weakness is nice but very situational when i’d rather work out getting five energy on Magcargo in one turn. i really hope we get a Sudowoodo IR with Ethan using the water pail on it like in the game :)

Steven’s Metagross being a more useful/applicable TWM Infernape. Maybe combos with Archaludon ex for now?

i’ve been hoping they’d give the Burn special condition some love like they do with Poison so much more often. thinking about TEF Magcargo + that Magmortar… also RIP to Tera. i always dig the mechanic personally, i guess my idea of Tera-Flying Blaziken ex with Brave Bird will stay a dream...
