The problem is, run into Goth, you're out. If you have 6P Underground, Mike Diaz has a great article on why Darkrai and Gothitelle are the best decks for the LCQ and I'd agree with him. A Darkrai list teched for Plasma would probably be my best choice.

Exploud actually means that its attack does 50 for every Pokemon that has the "Round" attack written on its card. Mew has access to Round via Versatile, but it is not written on the card. Just a clarification.

You absolutely must get this approved by a tournament organizer before doing this in a tournament though. If any of my opponents had double sleeved their deck at a tournament, I would not hesitate to call a judge.

I have talked to judges in my area about this, and I would say the answer is no. If you make the top cut, and they see that the numbers and set names on your decklist that you registered with are different than the ones on your cards, they have every right to make you change those cards for...
