    Ruling Retreat

    Skarymory ex says:If your opponent's active pokemon retreat and has 40 or more hp put 3 damange counter on it. But if an effect says:your oppenent switch his defending pokemon with 1 on his bench. Does it count like an retreat? Can I put the damange counters?
