I was just playing the online TCG againt the kid who uses a fire and electric deck, and he played a Charmander and Charmeleon card from the base set, but with updated artwork. Is this online only or is this in an actual set?

RE: The "I pulled something cool" topic. My Target had the Black and White Legendary tins and the Victini box. Got all 3. I pulled two of the full card Reshirams. Is that good? Haha.
