    Ruling Question about Lv. X

    Can you place a pokemon lv. x the same turn you evolved that pokemon? Ex. Can you evolve a Prinplup into an Empoleon, then level it up into a lv. x the same turn, or no?

    Ruling Ex evolve into lv. x?

    Can a pokemon ex level up to a lv. x? For example, can Gardevoir ex level up to Gardevoir lv. X? The card says place on top of Gardevoir, it never said it couldn't be placed on top of Gardevoir ex.
