‘Pokken Tournament’ Interview in ‘Famitsu’: Game Only 30% Complete [9/3]

When I saw 'Pokken Tournament Inter...' I thought it was going to be international release news rather than an interview and I anticipated MtC getting excited -_- . Oh well, hopefully we will still get the game outside of Japan.

I'm getting more excited for this game, since everything I'm reading from the directors seems to suggest they're thinking hard about the right approach for Pokemon and not just making a Tekken clone.
The only thing I'm not a fan of is the "what if pokemon existed in real life? We're thinking about their fur, muscles" bit. Like, ew. Pokemon are simple and stylized for good reason, I don't want to look at a hyperrealistic Lucario.
