“Pokemon Trade and Play Event” at GameStop On October 7th!

Select GameStop stores in the U.S. will be holding a “Trade & Play” event on October 7th!
Participants will receive a free “Trade & Play” kit. Previous versions of these kits have included a Fun Pack and items like sticker sheets and puzzles. (Fun Packs come with two common cards and a reverse holo card, which can be a common, uncommon, or rare.)

The event is being held on October 7th to promote the releases of Detective Pikachu Returns and the second wave of 151 products. This includes the Ultra-Premium Collection, Alakazam ex Box, Zapdos ex Box...

neat. there was an event similar to this recently where local leagues were giving out umbreon lucario and greninja v decks. kinda hoping the gamestop ones wont have anything exclusive so they actually get released instead of being taken by employees

We have these events once or twice a year at all Intertoys stores (220+ locations) in the Netherlands as well for kids under 15 years old.

Yeah we just held one of those at our lcs this past Saturday. They also had stamped play! league holo cards. Pikachu, Alcremie, and Dreadnaw. The decks have non-holo V's in them.
