Prepare for trouble!
Two new trademarks for Terastal Festival (テラスタルフェス) and The Glory of Team Rocket (ロケット団の栄光) have been filed by Pokemon Japan. They’re under the same terms as trademarks used for set names in the past.

Terastal Festival could be the name of Japan’s annual High Class Pack set based on the sets and trademarks that have been revealed so far. If so, it should release in December. This is speculation.
The Glory of Team Rocket is obviously referencing Team Rocket and could release early next year. Could we see the return of Dark Pokemon?

From the Team Rocket trademark, I think it is safe to say that Pokémon with Dark in their names will be making a comeback. If so, I hope they do it so that what they lack in HP, they will make up for in attack power like they did in Team Rocket and Neo Destiny. They missed an opportunity to do that in EX Tram Rocket Returns where the lack of attack power was made up for in HP. If they do bring back Dark Pokémon, then I hope they make a reference to Team Rainbow Rocket, as well as the Original Team Rocket regarding Pokémon. Look at the Pokémon they all used, then use the said Pokémon to create Dark Evolutions for the said Pokémon.

Praying the Team Rocket one include as much johto stuff as possible. Make it half interesting Pokemon I beg ya. Really excited for the high class set now that shinies are out of the way

Looker: "You're a member of Team Rocket, right?"
The guy on nugget bridge: "No, of course not!"
Looker: "'Steal Pokémon for profit! Exploit Pokémon for profit!'"
The guy on nugget bridge: *Finishing the chant* "'All Pokémon exist for the glory of Team Rocket!'"
Looker: "Aha! I knew it!"
The guy on nugget bridge: "Wha--You set me up! Where did you learn that trick?"
Looker: "A girl named Shauna who I met on an island called Pasio. She exposed a Team Flare Grunt the same way."

Also, I wonder if the Team Rocket-themed cards will be closer to the Battle Styles or Paradox archetypes, or to the Team Plasma archetype, which was similar except for the fact that only the final stages of the lines were labeled for that archetype, than to Dark Pokémon. Giving the stage 1 and stage 2 of each line a different name than usual makes it harder to mix and match Pokémon of that line, and historically the only Basic Dark Pokémon were Dark Celebi (Which was actually Rocket's Celebi in Japan) and Dark Sylveon V.

I have excluded Dark Celebi due to it being knows as Rocket's Celebi in Japan.

I think we should use this as an opportunity to predict which Pokémon will have Dark in their names in the new Team Rocket set.

I highly doubt dark Pokemon will return, dark pokemon existed in the early era because of a lack of Pokemon to make new evolution lines out of and existed in Gen 3 mostly to flesh out the dark type and allow for more dual type pokemon.
