Japanese fans have now posted all the secret rares from VSTAR Universe to social media, as you can see below! The set will release in Japan on Friday. This is the last Sword and Shield set; Japan will be moving on to Scarlet ex and Violet ex in January.
As expected, all 90 of the set’s secret rares are alternate art reprints from the last year.
The set features 37 Art Rares, 25 Special Art Rares, 24 Secret Rares, and 4 Ultra Rares. The Art Rare and Special Art Rares were created just for this set — to end the SWSH era with a bang!

Some other "strange" things with this set:

Not only SAR Charizard VMAX is absent but FA Gym Trainer (that we got in Silver Tempest) is also not in the set, this means both are likely future Japan promos.
More cards that are missing are the FA Hoopa V that was said to be #147 in Crown Zenith in that list that was released for Worlds, and the Rillaboom, Inteleon and Cinderace alternate prints that we are getting in our Pin Collection.
With the new cards from VSTAR Universe there are 153 cards for the setlist of Crown Zenith (not accounting for some intentionally excluded ones that don't fit the numbering from that same list), but in the set description it mentions that the set will have over 160 cards.
Japan still has around 30 promo numbers to go through for the SWSH era, so all of this leads me to believe we might be getting more future japanese promos in Crown Zenith.

I might be the only one to say this but, if they do go ima be kinda sad. I liked how they looked, the rainbows made the artwork itself pop out.

They dirty Meloetta, Mew & Genesect with no AR or SAR
No Charizard VMAX kinda understandable since this set only contain card can legally use after rotation, possible release as the next promo
Lack of Battle VIP Pass reprint gonna makes the card price rocket up in the market

Mew and Genesect didn't need since they already have AAs, the only ones that got another were Charizard V and Lumineon V. But I agree with the Meloetta, it sees much more play than a lot of the ARs that were chosen (like Keldeo and Hisuian Voltorb).
 
Japan also didn't get the alternate prints of Sylveon V, Umbreon V and Espeon V that were in our tins, and the alternate prints of the second Leafeon V and Glaceon V that were released in Hong Kong & Taiwan. There are also some of the pre-release promos missing (even though Flaafy was reprinted in the set they decided to go with the original art instead of the promo one).
 
Pokemon has had way to many different rarities for a long time especially with cards clearly not being printed in the same quantity despite them being of the same rarity and now we are getting a new rarity. fudging fantastic ?

Pre-ordered a box - 3 of my bad bois in there. That special one art 9-card set is such a cool concept. I wonder how these will look in English.

I’m…a little disappointed. The set has great arts, I’m not saying it’s bad. I just think they missed so many opportunities with the SARs. So many Pokémon got VStars and Vs this year and the vast majority of them will never get Special Arts. They didn’t even complete the Hisuian Starter trio.

Also I knew it was very unlikely that they would give a slot to Aggron V or Vmax (Aggron is my favorite Pokémon), but I’m shocked at some of the Pokémon they skipped. Lugia seemed like a guarantee for SAR. Figured we’d see Alolan Vulpix, Ho-oh, Regieleki and/or Flygon as SARs at least.
