Section 0: The choices
So, I'm going to be playing Mightychamp, DialgaChomp, Sablelock, or Gyarados.

Section 1: The journey

I wake up, get dressed, let my mom work, and get going to Roseville for my last cities. I leave my Sablelock stuff at home, so I can't play that. I don't want to play Gyarados and I really want to test out my new build of DialgaChomp. I really needed to find my Bronzong G lol. MightyChamp was looking really good as an option, too.

And so we're off!

Section 2: The excuses

I arrive at A-1 Comics at ~10:00 A.M.- 10:15 A.M. There were two parking spaces left when we arrived, so I was feeling lucky already. In the store, I meet the writers who wrote the Lantheros article on http://google.com/.com and fill out my DialgaChomp list, and I find out I forgot three cards! I WAS fumed. I was missing one Machop SF for Mightychamp so I had to find one for trade in 15 minutes. After looking around for 10 minutes for the Machop, I was ready to go home. No one had a Machop =( Luckily, those writers I mentioned earlier gave me a Machop from TM. I meet another really nice guy who helps me fill out the decklist with 30 seconds to spare!

Section 3: The list

Pokemon
3 Machop SF
1 Machop TM
3 Machoke TM
2 Machamp SF
2 Machamp Prime TM
2 Uxie LA
1 Uxie LV.X
1 Unown Q MD
1 Azelf LA
1 Stuntank G PL
2 Poochyena PL
2 Mightyena PL

T/S/S
1 Twins
3 Pokemon Collector
3 Bebe's Search
3 Broken Time Space
2 Ruins of Alph (REALLY useful in the Gyarados matchup)
1 Palmer's Contribution
1 Luxury Ball
3 Pokemon Communication
4 Seeker
4 Rare Candy
3 Looker's Investigation

Energy
3 DCE
8 Fighting

You'll notice a few strange things, such as Looker's, Twins and Ruins of Alph. I've seen Champion's Room played instead of Ruins of Alph, but all that does is help SPs. Twins is almost exclusive in use against Gyarados. Looker's is some drawpower, but really, it is used for hand disruption.

Section 4: The tourney

Xx Seniors, four rounds, top two
Lunch break is after round one.

Round One:
Jake G. w/ Mightychamp vs. William ? w/ Random
I get the Machop-Candy-Machamp start, going sencond, but whiff the donk 'cause I don't get the fighting. I do, however, get a fighting turn three and start taking out stuff (pun intended.) He doen't evolve anything so free prizes for me. Yay. He thinks I cheated because he didn't take his turn so I got mad. But in the end, I win by killing everything of his.
1-0

Section 5: The lunch break

While I send my mom out to get me a sandwhich, I play some games, which I win. I play some poker and lose that, breaking my record. I talk with my mom and sooner or later, the tourney starts.

Section 6: The final rounds

Round Two:
Jake G. w/ Mightychamp vs. Theo ? w/ Gyarados
He starts with Call and Sableye and Regice. I get set fast, IIRC. I take out stuff and get ahead on prizes. He has one Magikarp prized so he isn't dishing out enough damage to K.O. my Machamps. He discards both of my Ruins of Alph and this hurts me a lot. In the end, he wins 0-1.
1-1

Round Three:
Jake G. w/ Mightychamp vs. Bateboy w/ Vilegar
Urg. A match I hate more than Gyarados. I get a horribad start and he gets the opposite of mine. Not really a good game.
1-2

Round Four:
Jake G. w/ Mightychamp vs. ? (sorry I forgot your name.) w/ Gechamp
He started with Mew and Azelf, going first. I started with Seeker, Machamp SF, Machop, Fighting, and Rare Candy. I play seeker and donk him.
2-2

Section 6: The end

Overall, it was a fun day. I hope to see you all again!

Hidden section 7: Deck list for Dialgachomp
Pokemon
3 Dialga G
1 Dialga LV.X
2 Garchomp C
2 Garchomp C LV.X SV
3 Uxie LA
1 Uxie LV.X LA
1 Azelf LA
1 Crobat G
1 Bronzong G
1 Lucario GL
1 Dragonite FB
1 Smeargle UD

T/S/S
4 Cyrus's Conspiracy
4 Poke Turn
3 Energy Gain
2 SP Radar
3 Power Spray
3 Pokemon Collector
2 Bebe's Search
2 Premier Ball
2 Energy Exchanger
1 Aaron's Collection
1 Vs Seeker
1 Junk Arm

Energy:
2 Warp
2 Call
1 Metal
4 Sp. Metal
4 DCE

Analysis: I chose to run Smeargle to get set up quickly. It helps in a variety of matchups, including Vilegar (not that hard,) Machamp, and SP. 2 Call instead of three of four because I didn't have much extra space and sometimes I don't need. I think the 3-1 Uxie and two Premier Ball makes the Machamp matchup not unfavorable, not even, but slightly favorable. It helps so much, I won't play SP without the 3-1 Uxie, even if I was extremely tight on space. I don't play 'Croak simply because it isn't needed anymore. Dragonite is usually enough to deal with SP mirror.

Anyways. here are the props and slops:
