1 Jumpluff each 5th Box?

Someone told me that there's only one Jumpluff out of 5 boxes...can someone tell me if it's true or not?
 
I do not know why this would be believable. A girl at the PR I went to got two in her six packs.
 
um yeah no. i pulled one in two packs at target and then a bunch of people got them at PR's. so its definetly not 1 in 5 boxes.
 
Target could get in trouble for selling product early as I believe it isn't officially on the market yet. Also confirming that it isn't one per five boxes.
 
I saw about 4 to 5 Alph Lithographs at my prerelease (which is about 1 out of 3 boxes) and then I saw about 10 or so Jumpluffs (making that roughly 1 per one to two boxes).
 
Me alone, I pulled 2 jumpluffs total yesterday at the PR, and saw about 5 more there.
 
I didn't pull any at my PR, but there were quite a few. So I don't think that's typical.
 
I only saw two Jumpluff out of a lot of boxes (about 8) so idk, it sounds like it could be true. None in half a box as well.

Out of 2 boxes, my friend got 3 Jumpluff(through trading from people from the same box). Its just sometimes you don't pull them. My friend bought a RR box and got 0 Flygon the first time, and he got 2 the second time. Your not GUARANTEED all the pokemon. Jumpluff may just not have been in that box. I currently have a complete 4-3-3 line, just needing 1 more Jumpluff. So...
 
See I saw the three with seth, but what seth didn't mention was within the two same boxes my friend Sudi has another jumpluff so that counts for a whole play set in two boxes.
 
Oh yeah. So there were a million billion hoppips and skiplooms, and 4 jumpluff, 2 reverse, 1 holo, and idk what my friend Sudi has, reverse or holo.

I only saw 1 Lithograph (and I got it), but I saw about 5 Jumpluffs.
 
I really think it's a lot more than people think, if you actually went around to everyone at the PR it's probably 2-3 per box
 
2-3 per box? Are you crazy? They are not level Xs, they are secret rare trainers on the level of TSD. You were lucky to get one out of 2 boxes buddy.

This is about Jumpluff you know that right? It's a holo, you get about 2-3 of each holo depending on the set.
