Chimchar15 said:Well I guess this will finally stop the who gyms not being the games rumors. That bug gym looked really cool. I really hope it is the first gym as I am tired of having the first gym being rock type. Also for the first time the Fire type starter will have an advantage against the first gym.

Mangriff said:I think you may be right. It's most apparent in the Meguroko battle - the music sounds more minor and desperate, and then when Tsujata is KO'd it seems to change to the brighter battle music from the other vids. You can also hear the music change just as the Shimama battle ends, and Mijumaru is low on HP. Interesting...we could have this for every battle theme in the game, if it is indeed correct. Or maybe it will be the same "deperation" theme for all of them. Hopefully the former.
We can also see that:
*The honeycomb area is indeed a Gym, almost definitely Bug type.
*Sprites don't act out Physical attacks as we'd hoped. Shimama uses Spark against Mijumaru and remains fixed to the spot.
*We can hear Tsujata and Mijumaru's cries.
*Sprites are animated even in the status menus
*Shimama learns Spark, Hihidaruma learns Fire Punch, Meguroko learns Assurance
Also: What does Mamepato actually do in it's battle vid?
Jigglychu said:Uhh, yeah they did. Roark, in Oreburgh City. Coal Badge. Used a Cranidos.
I really like the way it zooms out when the trainer sends out his Pokemon. Very cool.
And WPM, how do you know the Bug gym is the first gym?
