Already preparing. I don't like the location change from London to Birmingham, but it's great that they finally announced the locations and we can start making arrangements. The prizes are much better with 3rd and 4th getting a DSi, awesome.
 
I'll be going to Newark if I get the chance. I don't think my parents will even travel though. Which sucks.

Also wouldn't Seniors be born 1997 and earlier and Juniors being 1998 and later where as the post saying Juniors (born in 1997-) and Seniors (born 1998+)?
 
Aww they're moved it from London to Birmingham. Ah well looks like all that breeding and EV training was a waste of time. GL too all those who are entering the VGC.

The train journey isn't that long... They really should get rid of the single elimination rule.
 
I really think they should have a Midwest Regionals. Its well over 1000 miles to any Regionals location for me so I only will be going to Nationals and if I qualify, Worlds.
 
Great, now I'll have to decide whether to do TCG or VGC at Nationals because of there being no midwest tournament. :(
 
Well any of us that live in the northern midwest states like MN aren't happy because we don't want to travel over 1000 miles just to play at a regionals. TCG regionals are more abundant which I think is something the VGC should be also. True it may be 200 miles for me to a TCG regionals, but that is more reasonable than 1000 miles.
 
Ohio is no better. I could only got to Nats. And there I was hoping to play the TCG. I figured that one might come to Cleveland, Columbus, or even Cincinnati.
 
Meh, I probably won't go seeing as it's the weekend right before the last week of school (last year it was after school got out iirc). I don't have a Doubles Team either which sucks that it's actually really close by.

I'm a bit confused about the Shiny Eevee. The site claims it's a one per person deal, but the shiny Eevee section makes it seem like it's standard Mystery Gift fare, which would mean you could get more than one provided you have another game card. I was unable to attend VGC last year, does anyone know how the Milotic giveaway worked?

What was so special about Masuda's new blog? Wasn't he just talking about the Black and White announcement?
 
hmm the locations seem ok but still looks alot less than last year though.mostly will head to NJ and if my friend wants to go to some other one.from what i saw in a video on youtube the milotic was given out by the workers there and just randomly give it out to those who lined up.
 
The tournament looks like fun, and there's a shiny Eevee in it for me, too. I might just go exploring some trade threads again, in time.
