Ruling 1st Turn

I still don't know:
can I evolve a pokémon on MY first turn if I'm the player who goes second or the rule "can't evolve a pokémon on the first turn" is for both player's first turn?
Also, can I play trainer cards if I'm the player who goes second?

Please answer me these questions.

The point is when you placed your Pokemon in play. Basically when you just put a basic Pokemon or evolved that Pokemon, you cannot evolve it again for that turn. Same applies with Leveling-Up.

when it's technically you're first turn as well, you can't evolve

1st Turn

Player going 1st - Must draw a card. May attach energy, and lay down basic pokemon. May not play any supporter, trainer, stadium, etc. May not evolve any pokemon ... except via power like Baby-evolution or special attack like Shuppet's Ascension.

Player going 2nd - Must draw a card. May attach energy, lay down basic pokemon, and play supporter, trainers, etc. He may not evolve a pokemon, unless he uses a trainer like Rare Candy or a power or an attack.

2nd Turn

Player going 1st - Must draw a card. May May attach energy, lay down basic pokemon, and play supporter, trainers, etc. May evolve pokemon played on the 1st turn nomrally or via all the special stuff mentioned above too.

Player going 2nd - ditto.
