Talk about an interesting set. We can't be sure how much of an impact any of them will have because the metagame will be drastically different at that point, but stuff like Kecleon, Mr. Mime, and Latias EX sure are cool.

This set is great. There are so many playable cards and interesting mechanics.
Kingdra will see play and so wil electrode and Life Essence. Sigilyph lol
Now empoleon can become super expensive.

High-five to my main man Tornadus for getting another EX. I thought they would skip Tornadus Therian due to the fact Tornadus was the only genie to get an EX in its other forme, but looks like I was wrong!

Dragon Kingdra!!! Yesssssssssssss! Wanted it since DB/DB. It may be better than Registeel as it doesn't gives 2 prizes and only needs 1 water. Probability for massive damage for 1. Maybe a rogue if Empoleon?
Chandelure is making a Tyram just if Reshiram was playable
Zekrom is reprinted there might be a Reshiram now though Zekrom isn't playable.

Quagsire with Bouffalant's ability.
Vanilluxe wants to be Darmaxitan.
That Kyurem is not worth playing the Tao Trio was disappointing.
Eletcrode with a Bicycle as an ability.
Metagross was already revealed but is still an awesome card.
Dragonite has item lock with{C}{C}{C} while hitting for 60.
Latias is T1 with Lugia and Landorus EX. One of the best EXs so far IMO. Beats almost every playable pokemon only with Mewtwo, Terrakion, Landorus and Rayquaza is a threat to it. Also itself. Paired with Deoxys, Plasma Badge and Mewtwo is BDIF.
The Eevee on Thunder Knuckle is the one that you want to play.
Life Essence will make your opponent to get the normal amount of prizes against Lugia.

Also reprinted Plasma Energy in both of them.

That Plasma Engine is becoming more broken. With Metagross and Frozen City its done. You will have to run Plasma Badge.

The Mr. Mime is pretty cool, I actually really like Kingdra. That might make a decent deck despite being a stage 2.

Kingdra rogues should be an interesting sight. I didn't see anything terribly gamebreaking, other than Frozen City. Life Essence is a really cool card, but tool scrapper nullifies its ability to be really good. All you can hope to do is bait out their 1-2 scrappers with Giant Cape or Eviolite, and then put it down after that and hope they don't have a third.
 
This set is frickin' fantastic. Plasma Pokémon are gonna be so good, yet non-Plasmas are pretty solid too, and we're going to see a lot of variation. I can't wait. Ghetsis disgusts me it's so broken, Frozen City is just stupid and force others to play Stadiums, and Seismitoad just looks derpy. Nationals is gonna be so intense.

It's great that we have Ultra Ball, Max Potion, Professor Juniper and Ghetsis in super shiny form, BUT WHERE IS MY ULTRA RARE SWITCH!?
 
@DNA: I liked the combo with Exeggcute and Empoleon better. Free draws every single turn <__<. In addition to computer search and ultra ball and whatnot.

Need tool scrapper out of the format to play Deoxys/Latias/Mewtwo/Plasma Badge. Why did you make Frozen City TPCi? Give love to non-Plasma card or at least make what I want to play Plasma.
 
What I think is playable:

Exeggecute (or however you spell it): Just read the earlier comments. Man that's funny XD Dump it, get it, dump it, get it.
WEAVILE EXEGGECUTE MY GOD XD

Eeveelutions: Believe it or not, now that the Plasma Engine just became so much better, the Eeveelutions couldbe a fast, consistent deck. I've already said that it could be paired with Ho-oh because of energy multitypes and Weavile as a hard hitter to Discard Ho-Ohs.

Mr. Mime: Meh just trollin dem Landos.

Deoxys EX: Obviously having an autopluspower and a two energy attack that can easily decimate a Mewtwo is bad.*sarcasm*

Confagrigus: Yeah actually. I thought of a fun deck. Ok, so you try to set up 4 Confagrigus T2 or 3 then explode them all at once to spread damage. The you can N them to 2 or 1 and try to sweep with an attacker (Lugia, Ho-Oh, Darkrai, Lando, Terrakion EX, something quick preferably)
But no, just play Chandy if you want something to work.

Weavile: Ho-Oh is great with this and spread with a high damage output is nice. Flareon could be nice with this.

Absol: Oh Gaud this is weird. Can take quick prizes

Kingdra: I think this is amazing. Regisnipe for 1 and can hit for a nice amount for 1. Max Potion abuse maaan.

Latios: With Super ER (emergency room duh XD no Energy retrieval) you could spam Luster Purge in Keldeo/Blastoise. Probly not worth it, actually not at all really, but it could be of use.

Raticate: At first it was ok, but when it read AND it just became great. Lugia will benefit immensely from this, but due to its low HP it probably won't see much play. Whoa. 70 HP. Back away this guys a tank.

Kecleon: Omg DIE Mewtwo and Rayquaza. Pretty cool actually

SER: 4 energies back is nice.

Ghetsis: I know you already ya dumb silly sableye hatin thing

Frozen City: Sorry Blastoise Keldeo. Eels could use this, but until it is specified if only from hand maybe not. Really interesting, and seems a lot like Galactic HQ.

Rock Guard: Go away nobody loves you. Tool Scrapper rah

Plasma Energy- The effect is game changing. I mean, colorless energy! WOW.

All the shinies are great and playable surprisingly.

Cryogonal: Starter in B/K? idk sounds like a troll card too.

Electrode: Level Ball searchable,nice draw, so if you have room it could be worth it.

Thundurus EX: We know this already too. Nice attacks, returns special energy.
Klingklang. Oh gaud.

Metagross too broken.

Latias EX: already know. Pretty much a sigilyph counter and has great coverage. Hits through eviolite and other Latias, and Bouff. Interesting actually. Suckish energy cost, but abuses Blend. Hmmm.....Darkrai/Latias/Hydreigon maybe?

Plasma Ball: getz Plasma Pokemon Nuff said.

Float Stone: Oh joy, my Landorus EX now has free retreat. Could help gothitelle accelgor (less set up) or really any deck with high retreaters.

Shadow Triad: wegotsomeshadycharactersovahere If it wasn't a supporter itd be broken, since it is it makes it less great. Still pretty good for Plasma engine decks, and feeds lugia Plasma. Whoa lol.

Life Essence: Mewtwo wars. Just got a lot. Dumber.

Id play any other Ace Spec over this though. Dang that limit.
