Help 2 Noob Questions regarding move effects.

Dedenne: Energy Short, does 20 damage times the amount of energy attached to the opponents active pokemon.

Question: does that mean the amount of energy cards? What if the opponent has a double colorless.

Manaphy EX : mineral pump, heal 30 damage from each of your benched pokemon.

Question: I have 5 benched pokemon, does manaphy heal 30 x 5 (150)? Or do each of my benched pokemon heal 30 each?

This is simple reading comprehension

If it meant energy cards, it would have said energy cards. You count the number of energy because that's what it says. (hit, Double Colorless provides two colorless energy)

Same with manaphy. If it meant to heal manaphy, it would have said so. You heal 30 FROM your benched pokemon.
