(2) Pokemon Origins, Sylveon Collection [9/26]

I would love to get the Sylveon set for my collection.


However, this just puts more evidence towards Sylveon being our only Eeveelution this gen. :( It would seem really weird to not include a possible second one, unless they had plans on another box set featuring it and both sets oppose each other/go together... but that doesn't seem very likely. I'm still clinging on to hope! D:

Someone noticed the "winged cat" statue inside Brock's gym?? o_O What's that? A random statue?? Or a new pokemon??
 
Like the figure, wish it could've came with a pin too. Why start the pin trend if it's not going to continue?
 
I seriously cannot wait any longer for the Origin.
It's going to be....awesome.....

Oh, and I want the Sylveon box now.
If I only had money.....
 
Am I the only one around here who hears about the news first on the fourms then checks the front page?

Orgins looks meh. This doesn't intrest me much, kinda a disapointment to me.

The box looks cool, and it stinks that we don't have an HQ version of it yet.

A random statue. This has been discussed many times already when the Japaneese trailer came out.

I noticed it too, but I don't think it really means anything. I think its just a random statue. I wouldn't doubt that they showed ONLY the original 151 Pokemon in this special, being a great attraction for a lot of genwunners (not that it's a bad thing- the rest of us diehard longtime fans want it too.)

I remember back in the original series, they made a lot of references to real life animals and places. So maybe, in this particular universe of Pokemon, there will be more realistic things mixed in.

I've been saying this for years!!
(When Charizard got thrown into water at that Charizard training mountain place..)

He should have DIED! Their flame=their life, if it goes out they die.. Unless it is some sort of magically flame that doesn't get affected by water, but that isn't likely given that the episode where Ash met Charmander, he was covering the flame from the rain and nearly died...

PS. I am SOO excited for this Sylveon set!! :p
Also, I can't wait for X/Y, then I can make a full Eeveelution competitive team, because I figure Sylveon will be super op. :3

honestly, i'm a little saddened that Origins will be so short. was hoping for something around 10 - 20 episodes. also, on the boxes, i want a sylveon one. though, depending if i go back to my local toys r us and clear them out of mini pokemon card binders or not will decide if i can get a box or not. xp i really like the tiny binders.

Another misinformed fan. ONLY Charmander's entries say that and if you want an explantion for Charizard not dying it's because they got old enough to support themself without the oxygen from their flame. Of course that's my explanation for it I mean they never really explain it.
 
I think 4 episodes is reasonable...
I still believe that last shot with Charizard and Red in the water (or whatever it is) and some sort of flaming spiral surrounding them is Charizard Mega Evolving...
 
Pokémon Origins looks fantastic. I hope they don't screw up the voice acting in the dub.
Speaking of Pokémon TV, I still haven't seen Meloetta's Moonlight Serenade...

And the Sylveon Box...I WANT IT! HOLY ARCEUS I WANT IT NOOOOWWW!!!! XD

While that'd be interesting, I'm not sure if they'll incorporate Mega's into Origins. They weren't around in the original games which is what the show is based off of.

While that'd be interesting, I'm not sure if they'll incorporate Mega's into Origins. They weren't around in the original games which is what the show is based off of.

Origins is meant to draw borderline quitters and old fans so having megas might be a good way to get them interested in gen 6. Although it also might be better for it not to have it.

I guess it depends on how rigidly they follow the storyline from the games.
 
For what it's worth, the Sylveon Collection box says "Sylveon and ALL of the Eeveelutions" so it seems really unlikely that there's some magical second Gen VI Eeveelution being hidden in the wings.
 
Really glad America is getting the Origin Episodes. Now if we would get the Eevee special...
