2 rumble tcg questions

Ok so i have 2 questions for the rumble tcg game

1:If you roll 3 -signs and a rainbow with the energy dice,can the rainbow be a 4th - sign to do the 100 damage

2:If you use your own cards and you have a card like DP Chimchar,can you use its first attack scratch without rolling the energy dice since it requires no energy?

1) I'm pretty sure not, the - means it was no energy. Rainbow energy counts as any type of energy, but is never the less energy, meaing the roll gave energy, just not anything helpful. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong.

2) Although I would say you'd have to roll the dice before any attacks can go off, I would say that Chimchar (or any other Pokemon) could use their energyless attacks regardless of the rolls (short of the 4 - that give automatic damage to a Pokemon).

Again, correct me if I'm wrong here anyone.
