Ruling 2 ?'S About Dragon Frontier Boxes

My first question is how many exs can there be up to in 1 DF box and also is there a box topper for DF.Thx to who helps!
 
Actually It's mostly 3 ex's and 1 Shiny.
AS for a Boxtopper they stop making them after HP.

Just opened 6 boxes of dragon frontiers. 0 stars, two boxes had 3 EX's, the rest had 4 EX's. Before that I've opened like three boxes and 1 had a star and 3 EX's in it. So if we only count the EX's/box it's 3-4. :)
 
Actually some DF boxes have 4 or 5 exs and both *s. For judging at a Cities I got an Altaria, Gardevoir, and Charizard*; the other guy got the other half of the box and got Mew*, Dragonite, and another ex.

I've heard of those "misformed" boxes. They are really rare and shouldn't have happened. Just a mistake in assortment or something. Don't expect that to happen often.

Did you see the box being opened (removing the plastic around the box). If not, the boosters could have been from different boxes.
 
Yeah I saw the box being opened, and I've heard of quite a few people that say they got boxes like these, way more than normal. I don't know if any more of these boxes exist, but they were probably only semi-rare, unlike most other sets.
