Energy (8):
2 Double Colorless Energy
3 Lightning Energy
3 Water Energy

Strategy:
The goal of this deck is to set up Mew with both Jolteon-EX and Glaceon-EX on the bench, Dimension Valley in play, and a water energy and a lightning energy attached to Mew. This way, depending on the defending Pokémon, it can use either Jolteon-EX's or Glaceon-EX's main attack to prevent attacks from basic or evolved Pokémon respectively. Float Stone can be used to send Glaceon back to the bench if brought out by an opponents Lysandre, and Fighting Fury Belt helps to raise Mew's HP a bit. An overall weakness I see in this deck is against decks such as Rainbow Road which use a mixture of Evolved and basic Pokémon.

This is very similar to a deck I made. One thing that I would do is take out the mega catchers and add one more Jolteon and one more Glaceon

This deck will be too slow I run it with a 2-2 Octillery and a hoop and I'm still too slow
