New to this forum here, been collecting via ebay. what-not, fb marketplace and trade shows for years now.
Wanted to get general opinion on if I was sold a pack that was resealed or had something minor added to it that increased weight.
In all the packs I have ever opened of Base 1999 set, I have never seen a light pack weigh more than around the 21.2 area. This pack I purchased on ebay weighed 21.48 and was advertised as heavy, however did not include a holo. The pack also seemed sealed correctly. but opened very easily. The user I purchased from had a 98% positive rating. Do you believe a pack at this weight could have been legitimately light? Seems like some foul play.
