Well, I got to my league at about 9:15, paid, and just looked through binders and chatted with my friends. We start at about 10:00 (more or less) and get started. I got terrible pulls in all my packs. I DID end up with 3 Cheren which was good for the tournament, but the best thing i probably got was a non-FA Tornadus. I ended up getting the bad versions of good cards like the bad Gothitelle, Beartic, and Leavanny. I did get good things for the tournament but nothing for actual play. Guy next to me pulled a reverse Catcher. So my deck came to be:

I can't remember much about this game. All I know is I took 3 kills with Liligant and took the last with Beartic.

Round 2: Leavanny/Gigalith/Zoroark
I start Basculin to his Roggenrola and start tackling it.. while i set up Virizion on the bench. He evolves to Boldore, but I kill it with Splatter. He Revenge kills with his Zoroark, but I have Virizion set up and Sacred Sword it for a KO. He brings in his Audino and Slaps it for 2 heads. I Giga Drain and assume Virizion is about to die. He only gets 1 heads and I live by 10, so I Sacred Sword for a KO. He kills it with Sewaddle (yes...Sewaddle) and I send up Beartic. I can't 1 shot it, so I put it to sleep and he evolves and heals off the damage. I do 30 again and he stays asleep into my turn so I get a Superpower set up and finish it.

Round 3: Ferrothorn and Fire things
Before the game starts, this kid is SO sure I'm running just grass and says he will win because he's running fire. I open Basculin... I end up switching to Pansear though because I have nothing. We both just sit there and Collect until I get a Cheren and draw some energy. I get 2 kills with Pansear with just scratch, retreat to Virizion and kill something else. He's been sinking ALL his energy into a Ferroseed, hoping to get a Ferrothorn soon. He collects some more and catchers my Purlion out. I retreat to Tornadus and Hurricane for game.

Emerging Powers hates me because I later opened packs from my friend's box and pulled 1 Beartic for him. That's it. Everyone else got Catchers, Gothitelles, etc.
