(3) TRU Egg Promotion, Global Link This Wednesday, Libery Pass Download Extended [4/11]

I'd love to get a hold of Axew. 31 IV in Speed is pro to go with the nature. I was hoping the Pokemon would be some unreleased ones like Keldo though.
 
The Global Link got me remembering an NPC from Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire who said that they were working on something that can display the dreams of pokemon. That NPC was in the Devon office building in Rustboro City.

He said it wasn't working well. What would he say now?
 
How exactly are you supposed to get the Eeveelution? Because I went on, and it didn't say anything about it.

Once you win one the Eevee evolutions on the Game on Pokemon.com, It should already be into your Pokemon Trainer Club account. But I haven't even used Global Link yet so, I'm not even sure.
