It was only because it was a really small place, so they only allowed 40 people to play.

Thanks! Yeah, it was with Mewtwo and DCE. Sableye is played, and against Darkrai/Hydreigon you basically just attack with Darkrai most of the game, using Mewtwo when you need it. With Tool Scrapper, Eviolite and your extra speed (and extra techs) you beat them without Terrakion. Terrakion just makes the deck more clunky, and makes it a lot harder to utilize Mewtwo.
