43.75 Proof is a luck based/intelligent play required deck.
It started with a Shartini base, but evolved to handle many more situations.

At first, the pokemon may seem weak and they are in the damage area. They are easy set up pokemon with low energy requirements.

Sharpedo is the main "attacker", but is used situationally. Go for early strip bares and use rage as needed. Follow up a successful strip bare with Team Rocket's Trickery to hold their hand down. Strip bare, even when unsuccessful, can play into an opponent's mind and could cause them to play outside their standard ways. Sharpedo pretty much needs to be OHKO'ed, or rage can become pretty crazy.

Scrafty does 20-30, burns and paralyzes at 75%. It requires the opponent to play switch with priority, as the burn and multiple attacks can start to add up. If needed, add energy while burn/paralyze to use high jump kick (not prefer, but useful at times) BW25 Scraggy adds early game paralyze.

Audino is the high damage attacker. Can donk, but is a great follow up to the low damage attacks of the other pokemon. Sometimes, it can get on a roll and live for a few turn, while piling up energy. With 5-7 energy, the card is insane. Obviously, a heavy investment, but it can be done without killing the backup plan, due to Sharpedo/Scrafty low energy requirements. Also, wrecks durant.

Vicitni- pretty obvious.

Not much to say about the T/S/S line. Victory Medal may be questionable in your mind, but in this sort of deck, why not. It beats Twins in consistency, as this deck has no self-twins condition.

This list represents slight changes from my cities decks.
After a successful strip bare, Scrafty can really cause an opponent's game to waste away.

The problems I see here are:
A.) Too many FlipTinis.
B.) No Junk Arm.
C.) There are better cards to use than TRT. You can always send up Sharpedo and Strip Bare again.
D.) Seems to me you have too many energies.

So, my recommendations are:
-1 FlipTini
-4 TRT
-2 {D}
-1 Switch

+4 Junk Arm
+1 Collector
+1 Communication
+1 Victory Medal (Go for broke.)
+1 Professor Juniper
