For the pokedex i think there might be a new application for it.Because the games are 3D, on the bottom screen it might let you look at the pokemon in a 3D so you can see the pokemon's whole body from back to front, side to side and top to bottom!

By application I mean like the height and weight the gender resemblance and so on.

As cool as that would be, I don't think it will be happening in B/W. So far, the only thing that we know is 3D is the Overworld. I think that it could happen when Pokemon Battles are also 3D.

Pokemon may include something like this, such as if you tilt your DS while looking at their picture. The chances of that is low, though.

Maybe with the overhaul of the weather system, we will be seeing pokemon appearing during specific weather instances, such as is already done with day/night. Perhaps a stretch, but who knows.

Probably a highly customizable bottom screen. Also I want all menu items to be available on the bottom screen only. Such as looking at your items, checking the pokedex, viewing your party (with stats), and still at the same time being able to run around on the top screen.
What im trying to say is i want the bottom screen to only be touch screen and the menu to only be on the bottom screen. With this u can walk around with the control pad and talk to people all while having your bottom screen staying the same. So u can move and walk around while having your pokedex tell u where a pokemon is. I find this a lot easier than what we had in HGSS.

Other things i want are probably Widgets for the main menu on the bottom screen such as weather, swarming pokemon, Map, and more.

The one thing I'd love to see in future PokéDexes would be the shiny sprites appearing in the "Forms" section. If a player has encountered the shiny coloration of a Pokémon, it'd be great if the coloration showed up in the Dex. It's an extremely minor thing, but because of that it's also probably an extremely easy feature to add.

Anything else they add to the PokéDex is fine with me, as long as it doesn't ruin / get in the way of already-existing features.

Good idea. One time the first Weedle i saw in SS was Shiny so i caught it and looked at the pokedex and it wasn't shiny in the pokedex. (even though i saw a shiny 1 first)

Hopefully when Pokemon finally comes to the 3Ds we will have full 3D models for all the pokemon.

@The OP: For the 10 millionth time, these games are NOT on the 3DS! >.< Ugh.

I'd like to see a more in-depth pokedex. Instead of a few lines, have a few lines on habitat, food, behaviour, etc.

And I'd like them to be more accurate on weights! I mean, Pidgey weighs FOUR POUNDS??? There are Golden Eagles that don't weigh that much! Pidgeot I might understand at 4 or more pounds, but not Pidgey! And Pidgeot is 87 pounds! There's no way a bird that size and that weight could fly. Someone didn't do their research.

They should add an application that lets the player get a 360 angle view of the Pokemon they have found in the Pokedex. That would be a very nice feature to have so the player can see how the Pokemon looks like all around. They should also add some games into the Pokedex which would be fun to play if you're bored in the game.

As Xous said add shiny Pokemon to the Pokedex. If they did add this then people might get a better idea of how the shiny version of a certain Pokemon might look like.

I honestly don't care as long as you can scroll with the pokeball like in d/p/p I can't stand the hg/ss pokedex.

They need to put the map back on the touch screen like DPPt, the thing that annoyed me the most on HGSS was having to open the map every time I moved when tracking the roaming pokemon.

Add a map as well as a picture of the town including some details of what is found in the town and what type of Pokemon can be found in that town.
