inb4IT'S NOT 6 CORNERS IF IT HAS ELECTRODE!

This is my attempt at a 6 Corners build with an energy boost, ala' Electrode Prime. Anyone who plays the deck is aware of how slow getting those pesky special energies on your high HP Basics is.

Basic idea is to start with Virizion for extra draw in the beging and to take easy prizes with leaf wallop. While doing this, build up the bench with the needed pokemon to counter your opponents deck, as well as Electrode to eventually Energymite to spread your prisms n' stuff across the bench. When done right, it'll set up fast, hit heavy, and leave your opponent with nothing to do against you.

Feedback and constructive criticism is always welcome!

The thing about Six Corners is that it thoroughly enjoys having Virizion as it's starter - it's attacks don't require 3+ energies, and it helps with early game draw, allowing the rest of your field to develop and be prepared to counter.

The thing about CaKE is that is thoroughly enjoys having a heavy attacker being powered up in the second turn thanks to Electrode and the proper trainers / supporters.

I don't believe you can have it both ways. There is no reason to have Virizion as your first attacker when your goal is to get going out of the gates. Virizion does help against Terrakion because of the weakness - but 95% of the decks out there use him as a tech to counter the electric cards in play. Also, if Electrode takes out one of your 1-card-wonders (Cobalion, Shaymin), you will be severely crippled for the rest of the match. Once you take Virizion out of the equation, you have a much stronger concept, and that is Terrakion / Cobalion.

Terrakion / Cobalion + Electrode is fairly darn powerful deck right now. Since the majority of the decks you will be facing in the near future will be Electric and Mewtwo based, you'll be able to counter for the weakness and will be able to shut down the big EXs with Iron Breaker. Kyurem hasn't exactly fallen off the map - it's attack is just far less consistent nowadays when it comes to taking prizes because of the high HP pools introduced.

It's up to you. However, I will help you out with your current deck list just a tad~

You only have 5 Draw supporters - 3 PONT and 2 Juniper, with 2 Pokegear 3.0s. This is nowhere near enough. I've been running 4 PONT / 4 Juniper / 2 Pokegear in my corners deck, but have recently been considering something more like 4 PONT / 2-3 Juniper / 2~ Cherens. Just because you'll have Virizion as your attacker some of the time doesn't mean that you will constantly be using double draw, you should actually only use double draw 2 times in a game at maximum unless things are going badly.

Black Belt is an interesting card - you'll have to see if you can sacrifice having this card in your deck. You also have to consider the amount of damage your attackers do, and if an extra 40 will ever actually help, instead of it just being 10-20 damage off of a KO that turn. The other downside is that it is a comeback supporter - when you start running cards like Black Belt and Twins in your deck, you are admitting that you will fall behind and want to take advantage of that, rather than having a supporter that will help you keep your pokemon alive / taking prizes. This defeats the purpose of a deck that is meant to be winning in the Prize war, but in the end it's up to you.

To close it out, you will be needing a much higher Switch count. I run 4 Switch in my deck - having 1-2 Sky Arrows really doesn't help much since I also run Super Scoop Up. Some say to run 3 Switch / 1 Skyarrow, but what's the point when you won't always have it out on the field to help you retreat when you need to? Your Eviolite count should also probably be 3, since this is an all basic deck that needs that extra turn to stay in play to be effective. Finally, 4 Junk Arm my good sir, there is never enough Junk Arm. Grabbing more Switch, Catcher, SSU, and Research Record is always welcome.

Hope I helped, I'll be keeping an eye out on your decision in terms of supporters / pokemon changes.
