Hey Pokebeach, I was ready posting on one of the forums and was thinking about the 60 card deck limit. Do you think it should be removed? They could make it something such as 40-60 cards and Yugioh and Magic do things like it. I know some decks could use more space, but some don't need as many cards. What do you think?

I don't think being allowed to go above 60 cards is a good idea at all, but a range of deck size (Not smaller than 40 or bigger than 60) might be interesting. I strategy I only recently got my head around was the idea of discarding cards you don't need in a specific match up with Battle Compressor to increase the chances of drawing a card you do need. Smaller decks would certainly be less clumsy but more focused on a single threat if they could be pulled off

I believe it is unwise unless a game is designed for such a thing from the ground up. Yu-Gi-Oh nearly always struck me as having decks that were too small for the game's own good: there isn't the draw power of Pokémon in that game, but there also isn't a resource card (like Mana cards or Energy) which made the 40 card decks already perform "faster" than the equivalent Pokémon deck. I might be interested in seeing larger decks allowed for Pokémon.

I think you'd hit a similar problem in reverse if you allowed larger decks. I believe the reason something like Magic can have flexible deck sizes is it lacks the draw and search power of Pokemon. If you could have bigger decks in Pokemon you'd be able to build your normal 60 card consistent deck and then add techs for just about every type of matchup you could ever want and then just Battle Compressor or Sycamore them away if you don't need them. This was part of the reason that guy's 63 card deck was such a big issue at the time. Being able to add an extra few cards in Pokemon is much more powerful than in other games since you can pretty much find or discard them at will.
