BW/BW2 A Dream World question (BW2)

I played Black and White, but never used the dream world. Since then I have become more of a competitive player, playing pokemon online and whatnot, and I have realized Dream World abilities are vital to success on some teams.

So, I read up on what the Dream World was on bulbapedia and the information I obtained wasn't incredibly enlightening.

I want my Darmanitan (lvl 38 I just beat the 5th gym) to get a dream world ability zen mode. My question is, how do I get it?

You can't change the ability of a Pokemon once you capture it. You have to friend it in Dream World then send it back to your game and it will have its Dream World ability.
