-Can you evolve Omastar PK from a Helix Fossil?
-Can you use Helix Fossil's Body to evolve into Omastar PK?
-Can you Rare Candy Mysterious Fossil into Omastar MD?
-Can you Rare Candy Helix Fossil into Omastar PK?


I'm pretty sure the answer for 1 and 2 are no, but not so sure about the third and fourth ones.

Normally, no, since that would be a stage 2 on a Basic.
-Can you use Helix Fossil's Body to evolve into Omastar PK?
No, since Omastar PK does not evolve from Helix Fossil, but Omanyte MD does.
-Can you Rare Candy Mysterious Fossil into Omastar MD?
Probably, since Omastar MD's Prevolution (that is being skipped) is an Omanyte.
-Can you Rare Candy Helix Fossil into Omastar PK?
Same as #3, so I'd say yes.

For 3 and 4, as long as there exists a valid Evolution chain in the format, you can use Rare Candy.

Helix Fossil -> Omanyte MD -> Omastar PK works.
So does Mysterious Fossil -> Omanyte PK -> Omastar MD.
