As I said in the title, here they are:
1. Can you use DRE, activated scramble, or boost energy to pay for retreat cost, or does each one only count as one energy towards the retreat cost? Ex: Blissey has boost energy and wants to discard it to retreat can it do that?

2. If I have a hidden legends steven's advice but not one from power keepers can I get a print-off of the steven's advice from power keepers and use the hidden legends one?

Here we go,

1. The pokemon with scramble or DRE attached can use this to pay for the retreat, because it does not state anything on the card. However, boost energy cannot be used, due to the fact that it states on the card "The pokemon Boost energy is attached to cannot retreat."

2. I am not quite sure on this one, as I haven't been to an official tourney, just weekend leagues. I think however, using (what seems to be) common sense, that an internet printoff, or any other kind of proof should work.

I won't report this yet however, because I'm not sure about answer #2.

(PS: Read the announcement)

Edit: OK, btw the PS was just a thing to everyone who read this thread, not specifically you.

I did read the announcement, and thank you for helping! Sorry about the noob boost question... I'm not going to report until I get a 100% definate answer to #2, I would say the same thing as you did but I want to be sure.

You need either:
  • an actual local language version of the card with the most recent text (the reference card cannot be part of the deck), or
  • a printout of the most recent entry from the official Card-Dex.
Prints of card scans off the Internet or photocopies of the card are not acceptable card references.

Regardless of what you use, it is the player's responsibility to have a reference available for a deck check.
