Ruling A few questions

So my buddy and I were playing a game and came across a few sticky situations that we weren't sure what was supposed to happen. I would be eternally greatful if someone could answer these for me.

1) Does evolving remove effects from moves like Trapinch's "Sand Tomb?"

2) Can you search for fossils via Bebe's, Roseanne's, or Night Maintenance?

3) Does Lucario Lv. X's power "Stance" prevent the effects of Trapinch's "Inviting Trap?"

4) When using Absol's "Baleful Wind" if selecting a fossil card, does the user get to discard another card or not?

5) Can you use Team Galactic's Mars if the opponent has no cards in their hand to put at the bottom of the deck?

6) When using Professor Rowan when you only have one card in your hand, must you still shuffle the deck before drawing four cards?

1) I'm not 100% positive, but I think it does because you remove all effect on a pokemon when you evolve it
2) No, doesn't count as a pokemon unless put into play. In your deck and discard pile, it is a trainer
3) Yes, Lucario X prevents all effects of an attack
4) Yes, Fossils are Trainer cards unless put onto the bench or made active
5) Yes, you need to follow the text as close as possible
6) Yes, ^ditto^

1) Yes, evolving/leveling up/benching removes all effects on that pokemon.
2) No, they are trainers only when not in play.
3) Yes.
4) Its a trainer always, so yes.
5) Yes
6) If its the only card in your hand, then you can't play it. If you have it and another card, you still must shuffle. (You must shuffle always whenever a card tells you to).
