What is the easiest way in 2010 to get a celebi in ruby/sapphire/emerald/colissuem/gale ?

What about Deoxys?

What pokemon are best to breed in pokemon colissuem? I have people talk about the genders of the pokemon, who is important to breed and why?

Any third generation glitches that allow for a meeting with a rare pokemon? Example: Mew glitch.

Answer to your first two questions: hack it or trade with somebody you know who has the Legendaries that you want.

And to your last question, there aren't any as far as I know. I don't know much about Coliseum, so I can't answer your third.

For your first two questions, I'd say to use a cheat device. It's the simplest way. Though, if you wanna get legit versions (Or you just don't want to feel guilty), trade or wait for a event to come around.

As for the last question, I didn't even know you could breed in those games until now. :B

If i trade my fire red pokemon to colisuem's story mode, are they gone for good?

Nope. I've traded plenty of Pokemon over to Colosseum many times before and traded them back. However, you can't trade Pokemon from any game until you beat Colosseum's storyline.
