A good dark deck

Alright guys, i am trying really hard to get into pokemon tcg haha. i find it really interesting and i want to use a dark deck tht utilizes Krookodile DE. I made a deck on playTCG and have not had much success with it. I am going to post it and please give me tips and changes or advice or anything that can be helpful. Also im well aware tht it is unrealistic, so if u could give me any advice on realistic pokemon tht would be great. I am getting the Dark Explorers Booster Box.

I am able to get mostly all the cards quickly, but i probably will only be able to get 1 Darkrai EX if i pull it. Again, any tips,advice, critiques will be greatly appreciated

Krookodile13, your main problem is your trainer line, there's to many 1-offs. Partictualy with your Pokemon Catcher.

ok, and the energy was 15 regular,and 3 special. which should i take the energy away from?

Zoroark from DE is an addition to look at since it's attack only needs a DCE (though you wanna try to go for Sp. Darks) and can max out at 140 with a bench full of dark pokemon and a Dark Claw attached.

15 Regular darks is way too much. I would suggest running 10 regular {D}, 4 special{D} and maybe 2 Double Colorless.

Fishermen really isn't needed since you want basic {D} energies in the discard to attach with Dark Patch.

So yeah I would say.

-5 Basic Dark
-1 Fishermen

After fixing your trainer/supporter line with Blui's suggestions,try to find room for Zoroark. Krookodile isn't a great attacker early game, and Darkrai you want to hold off as well to not risk losing 2 prizes.

@ ChaosBlack, I was going to suggest Zoroark, but then the deck is completey different, and +1 Special Energy. It'd go something like this;

-1 Rocky Helmet
-1-1 Bisharp
-1 EXP Share
-1 Darkrai EX

+3 Zorua
+2 Zoroark (DE)
I'd put in three, but you know the deal.
