RSE/FRLG A Good Moveset for Flygon?

Vibrava evoled into Flygon this weekend. So now I have all the dragons in Hoeen YIPPE

But I need a good movest. I use my TM Dragon Claw and Earthquack.....so now what. And it can not learn Ariel Ace and I'm not breeding for a quick attack.

So my question is what Role should it play and what moves should it have?

I was thinking about making it an annoyer lowering states like Sand Attack and using moves like double team? What do you think?
 
For Battle Frontier go with whatever, but be warned, Hax is always on their side.

For competitive try:

Flygon @ Leftovers
100 Atk / 156 SpA / 252 Spd
Naive
Earthquake
Dragon Claw
Fire Blast
Giga Drain

Flygon @ Leftovers
4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Naive
Earthquake
Rock Slide
Screech
Fire Blast (Unless you somehow manage to have a high power HP Bug)
 
Hyperbeem, I think this is an In-Game Flygon, so EVs are probably out of the equasion unless he Leveled up with candies.
 
Well, if it was for Emerald you can always use the EV reducing berries...

In any case it's an optional bit of information that may or may not help, but it is part of the moveset. Most likely you are right, the EVs won't matter.
 
I don't play on the computer I play on the regular Game Boy Advance system I play Ruby version not Emerald.
