sorry.. i don't have enough double colorless energy so i cannot use col tangrowth... is this deck suitable for tangrowth PA? THANKS

my strategy : i use two tangrowth lv.x for +80 heal each turn, shaymin lv.x is to ensure tangrowth PA can attack 120 , expert belt is for strengthen the attack, switch and warp energy are used to switch one of the tangrowth lv. x to bench , and one of the lv.x to active pm.

Strategy? I would suggest that you take out the PA Cherrim for the SF ones since you can do more damage.

I would suggest replacing the PA Tangrowths for COL Tangrowth, its more consistent as you don't always have to tank over.
Also a line of Sunflora is needed here for speed.

My Suggestions:
-1 Shaymin Lv.X (1 is usually fine)
-2 Dawn Stadium (2 Tangrowth Lv.X should have sufficiant healing)
-2 Pokemon Communication (Sunflora is better for search power)
-3 Psychic Energy (Personally don't see the need for celebi to attack)

+1-1 Sunflora (search power)
+4 Double Colourless (goes well with COL Tangrowth)
+1 Bebe Search
+1 Azelf (search for prized tangrowths and shaymin)
